3.2 Withdrawal Terms

3.3 Cancellations & Refunds

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bgwin offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. For deposits of ৳10,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 applies, giving a total balance of ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example, for a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager ৳24,000 (৳1,200 × 20) before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses may only be used on games designated by bgwin.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• bgwin reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus program at any time.
• Attempts to collect bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account termination.

4.3 VIP Program

bgwin's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Moving to a higher tier increases weekly cashback benefits. Tier changes are determined based on regular play activity. bgwin reserves the right to modify VIP tier benefits.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bgwin platform:

• Operating multiple accounts for the same individual or household.
• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or dishonest conduct.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated systems.
• Abusing the bonus program or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Conducting transactions using a third-party account.
• Creating an account using a false or fake identity.
